Essential strength, mobility, agility, and coordination development for athletes of all ages and levels.

Capacity: 24 Athletes
Program Fee: $649

Daily Mobility + Coordination Module

ongoing objectives: to create a foundation of core and joint strength and dexterity, to prime the body for exercises designed to build power and explosiveness, to develop general full-body coordination and enhance hand-eye coordination.

3 Small Group Sessions Per Week

focused weight training + plyometrics objectives: to safely familiarize athletes with essential power and explosiveness-building exercises, to increase load capacity and speed, to provide athletes with a sustainable, enjoyable, long-term approach to physical development.

Nutrition Support + Supplement Recommendations

ongoing objectives: to clearly document what is being eaten and when, to identify general patterns of corresponding energy-levels and mood, to begin constructive modification of diet by selecting for nutrient-rich foods and incorporating basic dietary supplements.
